I own the app store version of amnesia and most of the custom stories i like need a redist folder that i can't find in the package contents in the application... is there anyway to get those custom stories into another folder or something?

You know steam users don't have "redist" folder either it's simply just called "amnesia the dark descent" folder. See if you can find that one?
