Frictional Games Forum (read-only)

My computer recovered from a hard-drive error a few days ago, after which I had to restore some of the game files by verifying the game cache on Steam. However, the game still won't launch properly.

After I click on 'Launch Game', this error message pops up.
FATAL ERROR: Could not load vertex buffer from mesh 'core_box.dae'
I have Windows Home 7 64-bit on my desktop.

reinstall the game, do a file integrity check and then reinstall/repair your graphics card drivers.

Reinstalling did the trick, thank you!
