How do you do the 3rd hive mind puzzle? It seems like I keep just randomly dieing

Spoiler below!
Put the first concrete block you seen on the I pressure pad. Go into the room H. Flick switch. Run back to I pressure pad and move it into the room H's pressure pad O. Go outside. Run through fire.
