I noticed that most of the topics in this board concern video games. Since it's called Off-topic, are we allowed to also post topics on subjects such as history, politics, philosophy, sciences, arts, music, etc. Or is there not enough user interest in those topics?

Well, you need to follow the rules. What isn't written in rule is usually allowed. But still, you should follow common sense
