OK so i did everything in the computer room,ran all circut board programs ,red ,blue, green ,then installed them in there colored slots in the server room but the lights never came on. pleas help me i feel pathetic.

Try to take all the chips out and put them back in, they have to click in and you can't touch them after that. If you touch them, they will stay in the slot, but they wont actually be set up. I had the same issue and that fixed it for me heh.
