No, I can run the game and play.
What's your graphics card? I think we need to know that for a little bit more information.

I don't see any editor or viewer folder in your redist folder. Looks like you didn't install the HPL editor suite properly. The editor folder is the folder that contains EntityTypes.cfg.

See, I didn't see that!

Now I guess I see what the problem was...Dragging it all to the Amnesia.exe put everything but those two files into my redist folder.

I feel a little blind, but thank you!
You can store files inside of executable files?

Amnesia requires 2.1 of openGL to run.

Amnesia requires 2.1 of openGL to run.
3D Analyzer maybe? I am not sure to what extent but it can emulate openGL (*I think). From what I've read it just provides a work around for minor issues.
guys GLSL is not the OpenGL version. Intel HD cards can run Amnesia using OpenGL 2.1 or 3.0
