Why do you want - rather, need - a health indicator?
Also, it is probably possible, but all the work's gonna be on you. The game wasn't designed for fighting, so there isn't any need of enemy health.
You would have to modify the monsters in the model editor, making use of billboards and lights. Then use player lookat callbacks to turn things on and off. (Assuming there aren't any issues.)
