Hi

It's me again Big Grin.

I had a fun time figuring out that entities aren't allowed to have the same file names for the last few hours.
What FUN I had Big Grin.

Another problem:
I managed to get everything with the flashlight working now. I also created a custom inventory icon for the lantern.

The Icon is in tga format in 32bit, with an alpha transparency layer, the transparency works fine as long as I don't mouse-over it. On mouse-over the alpha transparent areas get white, which looks really ugly.

Does somebody know how to fix it? Is there a second layer needed maybe?

Normal:

Mouse-over:

The white areas are even faded in and out ... so I guess there is really another layer needed. XD
But I'm not to experienced when it comes to layers and stuff in images.

I don't bother with TGA. For inventory images i stick with PNG.

Mh ... I didn't even realize png was usable here. Gonna test this really quick.

EDIT:
Nope ... my png file has similar issues.
With only one difference: It doesn't only have the white area, but also pulsating graphical artefacts in this white area XD.

EDIT2:
I just had the idea to open an actual tga image of the original game .... and obvisouly the transparent areas aren't really transparent, but black XD. lol
Gonna try this now.

EDIT3:
LOL ... it's working ... should've done this right away XD.
