SmokeMelvin, that isn't helpful.
To address your problem, we'll need more information. Where did you get the game from?
A friend gave me it, he had it on a dvd-r disc. He said that the game was free and just gave me it.
When trying to load it, files were missing from my System32 folder so it would seem. I replaced the missing files twice. Newton.dll or something and something else but now taht appears

Sorry for that Spongebob Joke, had to do it.
I've been looking up for some solutions for you, but unfortunately, without success.
Maybe you should try to get the Steam version? My guess is that the version you have now, is damaged.
(I don't know if this is a common Penumbra issue, I'm more familiar with Amnesia but still.)

My guess is that the copy broke and he wanted to get it off his hands. You'll have to get a new copy. Also, I don't think the game should be looking in System32, but correct me if I'm wrong.
According to the error, you're missing a "Newton.dll" file. Which is a file that comes with the game. You've replaced it, according to the error, with an incompatible one (incorrect version).
And also the game is not free.
