That is a bit problematic. I'm looking some details about the card you have.

Where'd you get the game?

EDIT: Seems to me you have an IGP (integrated graphics processor) which may be the cause of this. But still, try updating the card's drivers from "amd.com".

A friend sent me it through the post.

Could you go into a little more detail?

Also, are you using an integrated graphics card?

Maybe try updating the card's drivers from "amd.com".
Yeah sure. Updated drivers by downloading catalyst 10.2
My friend sent me the game through the post but i must say it looked rather awkward. Different to the original disc. Maybe its a copy. Also, it is integrated.
Ok, what kind of Windows do you have (32 or 64, also, is it XP or Vista)?

EDIT: Ok, seems like you're out of luck. You're going to need a better graphics card.
Windows 7, 32 Bit

Btw, my processor is intel pentium d 3.0ghz with 1 gb ram. What can improve to play amnesia?

Processor is good, memory's a little low, but should still work, but Windows 7 prefers at least 2GB of ram.

The graphics processor is integrated, and those kinds of cards don't cope too well with OpenGL games. There's nothing you can do about that card, you'll need a better one.

You can try messing in the options menu (with video settings), but I doubt that is going to help.
Tried that and it didn't work. I going to get a new graphics card. But how will i know whether or not it will work with my computer?

Well, what kind of motherboard do you have? Use dxdiag.
