I made my mod into a full conversion. I changed around a few things, and now it wont work.
It gives me a Exception That says:
Amnesia.exe caused an EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION in module Amnesia.exe at 0023:004A67A8

When did the game crash? Were you able to to get into the menu before crashing, or not at all?
Also, can you post your HPL log?
The hpl.log that your FC generates, not the one from Amnesia.

How do I get that?
I am a noob at this.
You go to your "users" Documents directory, then into a folder called Amnesia, then there should be another one that has your FC's name on it. And in there, there should be the log file we need.
Path: C:\Users\USERNAME\My Documents\Amnesia\{FC}\hpl.log
USERNAME - Your username
{FC} -Full conversion's name.

I got a look at it and I messed up the English files or what ever. The welcome message is the messages on first start. Do I need to make a separate file for these? And my English file is still in custom story format... Does that need changed?
