Might be a strange question, but...

Does anyone have any personal experience or knowledge with which university programs have high(er) percentages of homosexual male students?
I'd fix the title to make it more understandable as to what you ask before they come in here unsure. And no, I do not know.
Uhh... Why would people from a forum based around video games know this...
Because forums based around video games have, from my experience, a diversity of people with complex and varied life experiences that can usually be shared in one or more off-topic sections.

Yeah I'm just saying you'd probably have better luck asking on a forum that's dedicated to homosexuality or something along those lines (Do those exist? I'm sure they exist...), although that could potentially be incredibly awkward.

There is no guarantee of anything, but you can always go the stereotypical route and posit that there are bound to be more gay guys in theater, dance and single-sex sports. The rest of classes are probably a more "whatever happens happens" sort of deal. There's not much more incentive for gay guys to choose regular old rigamarole like psychology, demography, computer science etc. than there is for straight guys. Normally, students like me sign up because they want to learn a certain material.

If you're researching this for a paper or something, I'm afraid there's probably no way to census a few websites and gather legitimate data. If it's something more advanced, you could probably gather wholesome results by contacting a university and asking to survey the students--but surveying a school about sexual orientation could probably be seen as an invasion of privacy.
I think any data you obtain could be false correlation. A lot of artists I've seen have distressed households, so it makes sense that there would be some Homosexuals. However, that might change in 50 years after their lives balance out and acceptance is more widespread. So if you are going to use said data to try to gain something useful, I would rule out other causes first.
Was expecting sexy.

Was not sexy.

Is disappoint.
Well, that's not uncommon, Corinthian.
