How can i put custom decals/images on the walls in level editor?

Simply create a new folder and put your custom decal in it. Then select "decals" in the level editor and open your folder, double click the decal and place it somewhere, simple as that.
If you don't have a custom decal yet you can create one using the Material-Editor.
