Seriously, what on earth is the Warning level? It appears in your account as "Warning level: X%.
What is it? An advertence before being banned? It has me very interested in it.
If it goes up to 100 %, a moderator will break into your house and steal your money and woman.

I can't say for certain about this forum, but usually on forums, it's a meter that will ban you (or at least tell a mod to ban you) if it turns 100%.
