I really,really need your help.

Actually,I'm not going to be able to complete the game without it.

Here is what I need help with;




I am at a part I cannot complete
The best way to explain where I am at is to utilise a section of Joey Ratz walkthrough

"The next section is protected by green light security cameras, the idea
is to find a switch and use it to open the next set of locked doors. If
you get caught you need to go back and enable the switch again. It’s
easy to get past this section; there are 2 sets of rooms like this.
After the 2nd room, leg it past the hallway and block the door by moving
the big rack on the left in front of it. Grab the empty container from
the floor and insert it on the left corner of the protected chemical
container. Use the control levers to move the mechanical arm to grab
the chemical and move it to the furthest left corner, drop it in the
container and add it to your inventory. Use the lever on the right side
of the room to open the airlock on the left side, run out and negotiate
yourself through the steam releases, engage the valve and head straight
out to the Examination Room."


Well when I do the last part (I turn the lever and go into the airlock) this is what happens no matter how fast I do it

I go into an airlock

It crumbles before me like something would in an earthquake.

There is no way out

No matter which way I turn it crumbles and caves me in and kills me

I have repeated this close to eighty times

It does not work

There is no way out and so I die (losing the game)

Please help me

I am utilising my game with the most recent patches applied since I began playing

Since I utilised Gamers Gate to buy my game I utilise the patch that was offered there

I have had it installed since I began playing this game

Run faster, and crouch? Also, wear the gasmask.

Describe your problem better. I'm seriously wondering if you're forgetting ot press the move key and are just standing there.

Ok here is my saved game

Will you please let me know how you got through this?

Because I was moving as fast as you could move

Also I really would like to know how you got through the airlock because it crumbled in front of your eyes immediately upon entering the airlock

I had no problem running through it. In case you didn't notice, there's rubble blocking your way in the first turn. Pick the rubble up/Move it out of the way.
