I've seen this error before and it occurs when it's not triangulated. So it must be that. Try it again, or triangulate it manually.

You're merely suffering from cache conflict.

Ok it's better but not perfect. I have good shape but some triangles have textures from other part .dds file i dont know why becouse i save other in blender this (UV mapping etc.) So why ?

I can barely understand your english so answering you is kind of hard as I don't fully understand the question.
If the model is UV unwrapped, has >ONE< material assigned, and is triangulated, you should be fine.
Yes, model have one material only and assigned, trianguleted work but in HPL Editor some trangles have other piece of this material than I did
