I am wondering how to put a padlock on a door, and they break it with a hammer. Is it a script or something else?

That's a script yes.

You create a callback for the hammer on the padlock (AddUseItemCallback)
And then in the function you set the padlock inactive, maybe plays some sounds.

For puting the padlock on a door, you need to keep in position the small part of the hasp on the mounting holes.Than inserting the screws in the mounting holes and drive them into the door frame. Against the door face hold the large part of the hasp for padlock insertion.
