The drivers are not installing correctly. I'm pretty sure about that. You can try question 3 here: http://www.frictionalgames.com/forum/thread-11183.html

Ok, but it appears the new update doesn't have the Control Center. How do I get it back

Edit: Ok, I'm really confused, I go and do the driver sweep thing and reboot my PC and I am at a default resolution 1024x768. I install the new updates and I'm still at the default 1024x768. The only time I can get my resolution back is by get the old update again. Also, unlike before, it is now saying that my drivers are being installed incorrectly.

Edit 2: Ok, apparently what Dell installed on my PC before was the correct drivers because when I first got my PC it had the AMD Radeon HD 7770, when I had a 7570 installed on the computer. So, I had to go back on the Dell website and install the drivers and then I installed the updates and now it says it was successful, but I can't tell you if it worked or not until later tonight.
Now I'm confused because that cannot happen. AMD has one driver for all 7XXX cards, it does not matter to the driver if you have a 7570 or a 7770 or a 7970. It has many "profiles" (not the correct terminology) for every card.

Anyway, try the dell drivers. Maybe they weren't installed correctly. And test Amnesia obviously.

Well, you see I already tried the Dell ones and I got a BSOD VIDEO_SCHEDULER_INTERNAL_ERROR and more recently when I got the update and also had the Dell ones installed, while trying to browse twitch.tv I got the BSOD CRITICAL_ PROCESS_DIED, I am not sure if that has to do with the drivers or not. So, I am completely at a loss, I called Dell again and they said they are coming and replacing the video card and the motherboard, even though they already replaced the video card once.
Good, let them do that. It is under warranty and so...why not? Sometimes drivers get corrupted and an advanced user is needed to completely remove the old ones and do a fresh reinstallation. Before they leave, try to cause these BSOD's again just to make sure it is fixed. Otherwise, make them fix it! Smile
