I'm gonna need help on this one. I'm in the storage area. You know, near the rubble? yeah. The staircase near there has a small space in between the ramp and the wall, which is nearly impossible to get into. Well, my friend got into it

Can't you just reload a previous save? Should be simple unless you've never used the Save & Quit option or for some reason turned off Autosaves. Just load your game at the menu.
My gamer friend said he's used this and it will certainly work but he's
leaving on a cruise for march break tomorrow, and i need a clearer explanation on how to go through this. Can you help again please?

He means that if you have save & quit you're able to reload an old save.
