Please HELP

I am trying to run Amnesia: The Dark Descent, but there is a error that says that there was a BlackBox error that said Amnesia.exe caused an EXCEPTION_ACCES_VIOLATION in module ig4icd.dll at 0023:QA2A3D92. I have Windows 7 64bit. It is on a Dell Laptop, specifically Inspiron14r. [/quote][/size][/font]
do what your topic title says first and provide us with the required info/files as mentioned at problem x
I did that already, also how do you make a link from a document to a webpage? ( I'm a big noob at the internet)
