I go to Level Settings (Level Editor), Skybox, Texture ... There I can upload a background picture right? But there are no files shown, no jpg, png, dds, just nothing I can open. I remember i actually did open any files to add a background somewhen. Now I just can't Huh

A regular image wouldn't work as a skybox. JPG and PNG wouldn't work for skyboxes, but DDS could work if it is a cubemap.
