This is my first wallset, nothing too fancy. I'll create more amnesia style mansion walls later, but I'm going to work on my CS first.

Is that based off anything, the wall pattern is odd.

Are the UVs on the door-way stretched?

A suggestion (For the wall with the window) would be another variation of a see-through window.
