Fanumbra, defentally.

So, what should a fan of Frictional Games be called though?

Penumbra fan, though I am no fan of penumbra.

Penumbra fans. Mixing it up like that, placing "fan" in front of "umbra", and removing the "pen" in "penumbra"... It kind of gives it a whole different meaning. I mean, you've got the umbra, penumbra, and antumbra... And then you place "fan" in front of "umbra"? "Fanshadow"?

"Yay, I'm the shadow cast from a fan!" - Doesn't quite work for me.

"So, what should a fan of Frictional Games be called though?" I already thought of that... Frictionalite .

Fanumbra, fanumbra, fanumbra !

I would suggest waiting, till they achieve fully recognized cult status. They are still a young studio, let's wait and see, what paths they'll take in the near future. I personally think, that just good and reasonable ones... :-)

You forgot to mention who brought up the idea.
I suggested Fanumbra first(and Fenumbra too, which isn't more likely).

and yes, Fanumbra is the best because it's shorter and similar to both Fans and Penumbra

"Fanumbra is the best because it's shorter" Yeah I agree with you it the best one. I ommitted Fenumbra and Penumrii because none of those really appeared to catch on.

Why don't we just call it whatever we want? :S
