Hi there,
I took the liberty of packaging the Amnesia Demo as an AppImage and uploading it to http://www.portablelinuxgames.org/. I've tested it on some distros, and it seems to work fairly well.
Please tell me if you have any issue with this 3rd party distribution of your demo, and I'll remove the download.
