Sine it is the same engine I believe we will be able to crawl almost everywhere again, just like in Half-life. Oh man, I can't wait, I'm already liking the level design.
Half life and Amnesia are quite alike in gameplay considering you had to break wood or metal to progress everywhere (The library was a no brainer but a classical piece of hack and smash gameplay)
the lighting looks a lot better than the older screens which is good i guess

Yeah, it reminded me of Hephaestus.

Yeah... I tried to maintain the original colours of all the metal parts.

I'll repeat what I've already said in my last post, the game itself needs some gamma correction, or we'll have to set brightness to max while playing Wink

However, I tried to see those screenshots with lights off: they look so much better!

Maybe, FG and TCR have found a way to force us playing with lights turned off.

Geniuses, they are Big Grin

Do not know if this tiny article has been shared on here, but it's a tad interesting since it discusses about the toughness of the game, which I am excited for! Big Grin

We've had a fair few people who've played the game say the world felt very exploratory and rich like Bioshock, which is a big compliment!

It's not improved, its just modified. Better to see the details, but too bright for an atmospheric horror game. The original looks better ingame.

Samuel I have a question i really want to ask.Does AAMFP feel the same as ATDD or does it feel like a completly different game?

Are there changing effects? If you remember the Alexander painting in TDD for example.
