I'm working on my new custom story and the player character is a woman.
Problem: I have Daniel's jump sounds...
Can I use Justine's voice somehow in my game?

You have to make full-conversion

I'm sorry to tell you this, but you need a full conversion. It's harder to make than a custom story.
