I am unsure how to describe my issue with the graphics so i just took a video of it...

This happens maybe 8 or 9 times before i can actually play the game... It's gotten pretty annoying and I needed to know how to rectify the situation.

I have a Macbook pro with a Intel HD Graphics 3000 512 MB graphics card... I just recently bought this Mac so everything should be pretty up to date... Any suggestions?

Although I am experienced with Windows only, most probably it's outdated Intel HD drivers. Make sure you update them to the latest version. For more detailed support, Urkle or Jens will help you soon.

Make sure to run Software Update in the apple menu and install any updates available. If that does not help then not much more can be done as Intel HD Graphics are not officially support and below the specified requierments.
