Every time I boot up the level editor the tools are out of sight and the only way to get them into view is to move the page and/or maximize, which results in the following error message:

LevelEditor.exe caused an EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION in module ig4icd32.dll at 0023:604AB810

This is my system:

I have saved the stack trace, or at least clicked it anyway but am unsure of where to locate the file(s) if it creates any at all.

Amnesia runs flawlessly as well as custom stories and such and the editor windows are function and I can click on things, it's just when the page moves that error happens, which I need to move the page to do anything significant.
Use this. Really good to use. Just don't move the Level Editor. I still don't know what's causing it.

I have downloaded the suggested program but when I run it, it only created a .cfg file with <Settings/> inside? No install.
Any other suggestions? It must be possible to be able to get it to run. All my drivers are up to date also. Here's the log, I think it's the right one.
Most probably you have corrupted Intel HD drivers. Uninstall them, download the latest version from intel.com and reinstall them from scratch (do a clean reinstall). Also, if the game is from steam, do a file integrity check afterwards just to be on the safe side.

I do not have the steam version, I bought it straight from Frictional Games. How do I go about uninstalling my Intel HD drivers and re-installing them, "cleanly".
Uninstall them from control panel, restart, download the latest driver from intel.com, install via setup.exe, restart.

Well, I re-installed and still the same error. I went into my computer and found out that my computer uses an - Intel ® Sandybridge/Ivybridge Graphics Chipset - Should I look for the latest update for that instead of using Intel.com? Also, I found this program called DriverTuner and says I have out of date drives but some are up to date and my question is this, how reliable is this program and are those updates truly the latest updates?
I replaced the ig4icd32.dll with a more recent one I found online and now I'm getting the error - FATAL ERROR: Unable to initialize display! - What to do now? Would an even newer version of the .dll work? It is version 9.17.10.2828
Okay well since I need to redo my laptop anyway I'm going to do so and do a re-install of everything from scratch. I also tested the level editor on my girlfriend's laptop and it worked flawlessly, and yet she has an Acer Aspire 5349-2592 - http://www.cnet.com/laptops/acer-aspire-...08646.html - I'm no computer wiz but I'm pretty sure if hers can run it mine should also, without any trouble. From what I've done for research it seems my laptop is more adept to handle such things. Anything anyone?
Check for newer drivers here: http://www.intel.com/p/en_US/support/det...lds_detect

Also, this support is unofficial since the game does not support Intel graphics cards. Also, you have a low-end Celeron cpu with older Intel HD graphics so the game might not run optimally.
