Frictional Games Forum (read-only)

I came across this site today called Asylum. The main page say stuff about 'Fiend 3D' and they have screenshots of Fiend, developed by Frictional. I thought that was weird. What is it?

I found that too some time ago! If I remember correctly, Thomas said that someone stole Fiend and release it again as 'Fiend 3D' and took all the credits to himself...

If I'm wrong, please, make the facts right!

Anyway, I tried that when I founded it by myself - and it didn't work.

This was some crazy guy that apperently like to take other people's work and make it seem like his own. Don't know if he was trying to be funny or just had some issues....

How'd he get the source code for Fiend anyways?

I think it was released for free. Though the original Fiend site is down as far as I know. It was available from there is I'm not totally mistaken.
