Oswald? Because, as you can se, the guy in the reflection is holding a lantern... probably is Oswald, and the eye is the eye of a pig monster.

I don't know who made this icon but just an artist can do something of so perfect... It seems like I can see the pain in this eye...

BTW, on box art it's looks like pig's eye has been cutted. And on the icon we also see, that it's left eye with strange...cutout

The eye of the pighead in the boxart anyway looks kind... humanly?
