We should keep our eyes on the website, i can feel that something is merging for sure...?
Well, I do have to say I'm happy to see the release date finally announced! Strangely the feeling I'm getting right now I'm not too sure how to describe...the best I can do is some sort of "empty, anti-climatic, satisfied feel". Just weird.

Anyways going to probably wait until the game comes on Steam though before I buy it. Smile

Funny that as I feel exactly the same way - I guess after all this time it hasn't really sunk in yet, also I'd prefer an official confirmation of the release date from Frictional (just in case Desura, etc are wrong).

Great news though - huge thanks to Frictional and TCR for putting up with our nagging, whining and bitching. Having said that, the game is 11 months late so who can blame us eh? ......... Wink

So is Moddb to be trusted this time? The boxart and images are proof-worthy but you never know.

Funny thing, I remember a year ago seeing September 2012 at Moddb and Jens told me it was fake. It's been a year since then... Smile

Seeing as jens isn't outright denying this as any well-mannered dev would if it were fake, I'd say this is most likely the real deal ^^

I thought so at first but the first post was edited later meaning that Jens might not have seen the additions concerning the release date and pre-order.

Oh yeah that is a possibility...

Still I think pre-orders opening up on Desura makes this 95% likely true imo, seeing as it's something you're already paying money for. I doubt pre-orders, and such would open without some sort of "milestone" bit of information from the devs, like say the release date.

EDIT: with a new description?

Cold sweat running down my back, I sit wide awake in my bed. Before the fever is back, I have a moment of clarity to reflect upon my dreams. The noise of the machine that haunts them still sounds in my head. The visions of infernal machinery are driving me insane, never revealing the installations whole form nor purpose. All I'm certain about is my fear. The cold sting of its needle pierces right through my heart. The world feels more and more like a small cardboard box, and its walls are getting closer, and closer. Finally, they will close on me and trap me inside, like in a little coffin. Even though the window is open, and the cold, damp air of the London night extends its tendrils down my lungs, I don't feel that I can breathe freely as the fear consumes me. I can hear that infernal engine again. Strange, I could've sworn I'm not asleep anymore.
