Thanks, I dump them on the laptop in a place where there is the internet and then I'll put it on the stick and then move it to the desktop computer
I hope FG release a DVD as well.
I would definitely get one or two regardless of my Steam pre-order. Smile

Jens already said, that there will be no retail release for aamfp. The costs are to high and its not worthwhile for the devs.
Couldnt they just offer a limited run of Collectors boxes for those interested and see if the interest is enough to cover the costs? I myself was ready to throw some 50 to 60 euros at you, but I guess i'll have to stick with whats available...
Unless it's a big AAA game with lots of audience, it's not worth it.
Since Amnesia: A Machhine for Pigs will only be available via 'Digital Distribution', would it be possible for you to create/make available a DVD cover that customers can print out and use to make their own DVD boxes? Almost Human did this for Legend of Grimrock for those Gamers that still collect boxed retail games, and it worked out wonderfully.

IMHO, this would be a great offering in supporting your fans/customers.
I actually think this would be a good idea for fans who would want to collect a "boxed" version of the game, seeing as the effort for something like this isn't gigantic like many other things.

Still up to FG, and/or thechineseroom though if they want to spend some time on it though.
I know the developers said no but I'm hoping for a dvd release too. I really don't trust game downloads as I've had waaaayyy too many problems when trying other internet game downloads (Mainly Amnesia The Dark Decent) and it'd make me feel better if I had a physical copy instead D:
I would buy 2 copies of the game when it would be at DVD.

But Jens said it wouldn't be worth for them.

But probably they will release a FG-Collection with all their games in a box in future, that would be great!
I really could live without an boxed version of AMFP, if the box art is as ugly as the one from TDD. Big Grin

GOD is this ugly...

Spoiler below!
