It looks like a Hound Pig creature, is there any mention of a second monster?

In the sewer level, there's also another enemy, a big fat fucker. definitely a PIG. they appear when the machine takes over london, looks like the blitz. THERE APPEARS TO BE A THIRD ENEMY!
