I have been doing an LP of Amnesia and there's a room that confuses me. The room I'm talking about is at around 18:25 in the above link. It's locked and I have no idea how to get into it. Is it even important to begin with?

You don't need to go into it yet, just progress with the story then you will be able to go in there when you need to.
