Happened to me as well. I reported it to frictionalgames and they said it's gonna be fixed in the next patch

I sent this to Frictional Games and The Chinese Room's Twitter, but then I realised they are directing people here... so here I am looking for your assistance!
Please see the attached image. I'm not sure if I've overlooked something, or if this is a bug; I apologise if it's the former.
This bug is known and will be fixed in patch, we did not think of people closing the door behind them!
I think you can go up to the door and then it is possible to get an interaction icon and move the bear again. If not possible then load an earlier save using Load Game in the main menu.
Is this the room that you pushed the bear to get into?
If so, FG has confirmed that it's a bug, and they will get to fixing it soon. So, for you I can only advise you to load an earlier save, and not push the bear this time.
EDIT: You can also try moving the bear like jens said above me.
I managed to to get an interaction with the bear - cheers guys!
