They want their monsters to be scary, but not cause seizures.

Trypophobia is not a physical condition, it's a
phobia, so it's not "picturable".
Those pictures are either fake (like Robosprog said) or representative of other medical conditions.
It's not scary, and it's not disgusting, it's uncomfortable to look at. Like watching someone snap their shin bone in half or a pattern with one spot being uneven. I hate looking at it, it makes me cringe, and I'm pretty sure that's how it is for anyone else with it. It's not going to scare me, it's going to make me want to shut off the game. It's just weird.

Well, watching at living dead dudes with rotten flesh, and torned face, very uncomfortable too. But imagine guys, if those monsters had their rotten skin covered with cluster forms. That will make you shit not just bricks, but also concrete armored slabs, ahahahahaha. Watch at swarm hosts in Starcraft 2, they had thing on their back, exactly like some pictures of trypophobia.
