I'm in no place to criticize your videos because you have the freedom to do whatever the hell you want, but here's what I think anyway:
I managed to watch 4:43 minutes of the first video (skimmed the rest), and it didn't look good to me. I haven't played AMFP yet so i was a bit curious. You do have a high voice or something, the mic isn't very good either so it makes it sound even worse. You also make a lot of comments that are more annoying than funny. And i don't know how you manage to play the game with that cursor right in the middle of the screen, it was driving me crazy the whole time.
So here's what I think you should do:
Be careful with what you say and how you say it.
Buy a new mic and make sure that it's a good one.
Stop with the stupid comments while playing. (also, change your username.)
Get rid of that damn cursor in the middle of the screen!!!
