Is there anyway to bypass what I call "The steam puzzle" After moving to the 5th square safely I keep getting knocked out. I have tried many ideas and I keep getting no results. I even got the 1371 code for the door to by pass this section alltogther and it won't unlock the door. Any ideas are appreciated.

Or you can use two of the three iron barrels from the refinery to gradually bridge the steam vents. It takes longer and requires a little concentration, but never fails too...
