1 -
when you go to save the file instead of clicking the save button, choose the save as option from the file dropdown menu.

2 -
Choose your desktop as the directory (the place) to save your map.

3 -
Take the file from here, and move it into your custom story folder.

Perhaps begin, just a little more descriptive might be helpful. Let us know!
There is nothing wrong with your computer, your maps are there. The thing is though if you save it in the redist folder, it saves the map as a Compatibility file. You can make it visible by clicking the Compatibility Files option. Those maps should be there if you do this.

Hope this helps Tongue

Do you see that!? DO YOU SEE THAT IN THAT VIDEO!? Angry
It won't save and my computer just tries being a asshole.
Yes, I do.

It exists in the redist folder and can only be accessed from there. It's on the folder options. The options where you can Burn and New Folder. Perhaps should have explained it a little bit better, sorry.

I already know that!
But the best option then is to save it on the desktop and then put it in the custom story folder when it's finished. And another question

Have you tried the Compatibility option or can you not find it? If so, have you found your maps?
Delete your HPL2 folder in Documents. After that, just map and test it out.
