Hell, I used to play amnesia and it had sound but it doesn't have any now. can anyone help me with it? Verifying files doesn't help at all.
I have win7 x64 desktop.

Choose an other sound device at the launcher's sound options.
Update your sound driver and be sure that Windows use the correct source.

tried that all I tried both my current audio devices and my G930 headset none of them work

OK, check whether the volume is not on 0% on the windows volume mixer.
Do other games have sound?

yes, I checked it as well, during game as well with Volume Mixer everything is 100%

yes they do. everything works fine. Only amnesia has problems.

Install this patch and follow the instructions, start a new game!
Try if it fix the problems, otherwise wait for the final patch release.

well...it didn't help. when will be final patch release? (approximately)

The update is most probably not going to include anything audio-fixing since there is no such problem with anyone else. This has to do with your specific configuration somehow. Do you have OpenAL installed? Is the game from steam?
