How made blood with 0?

You will need transparent texutre. Save it in 256x256, 512x512 or 1024x1024 resolution in .png.
Put the texutre in your amnesia folder, wherever you want.
Then simply go to the level editor, click decal tool and then when tool will show up click +
A Material editor should open.
Click File>New
In the "type" located in "General" tab select "decal"
Then in texture units click "diffuse" and click the box on the right side of the "file" field. Then locate your texture.
"File>save" it in the same folder where you put your texture.
Save it as a .mat
Then choose your texture from the decal tool in the level editor and it should work.
