well, maybe they will soon! I wish they would have made a level editor for it!
There is no CS support for Amnesia, A Machine For Pigs, because there is no point for it. We can develop Custom Stories with the same stuff used in AAMFP's data. Amnesia: The Dark Descent can play the CS's with normal support of AAMFP's assets :3
SOMA, which is FrictionalGames' next game coming up, will have Custom Story support.

so, if i understood right, you can't build custom stories in the machine for pigs, but you can use the machine for pigs to create custom stories that will go out of the game?

No no, like, you copy the objects and enemies from Amnesia A Machine For Pigs and make maps using those if you want to. Therefore there is no need for Custom Story Support in that game, and is better to just have it in Amnesia: The Dark Descent.

Hello everyone! SOMA does indeed have three custom stories. Also one made by a steam user known as AestheticGamer on steam, two stories were put into one and was made by Frictional Games. They are not full stories, more just messing around and the other was a test. If you wanna play it for yourselves here is the
