In my mod I am going to use some entities and static objects from Amnesia a machine for pigs, now in the credits I will mention a machine for pigs but I'm scared if I will get banned if I use their assets. because I want my custom story to have modern stuff or even custom entities and I don't know how to model so i don't know what to do pls help

Nope. No infringements there. You just have to remember to attach all the AAMFP assets that you are using when you distribute your mod.

What? No, it's not going to be banned or removed by anyone just because you used AMFP assets. They even made an update for the game so that you can use the assets from AMFP to create new Custom Stories for the first game.
