Don't understand me wrong. Frictional Games never did a bad game (except the 2D games before Unbirth). They are now one of the BEST developers out there who always create brillant masterpieces! But let's compare them each other. Everytime we're talking about what's the best game, so I'm now interested to know what's the worst game in people's opinions. So what do you think is the worst game/expansion and why? From Penumbra and Amnesia.

1. Amnesia: Justine
Too short, no kind of lantern, no saving option, less puzzles, no translation

2. Penumbra: Requiem
Too short, infinite batteries, no monsters, no translation, bad story (collect all orbs)

3. Amnesia: A Machine For Pigs
Almost no interaction, less and easy puzzles, bad credits song

4. Penumbra: Black Plague
Strange moments, Clarence's talking is annoying

5. Amnesia: The Dark Descent
Bad texts formulation, less challenging puzzles

6. Penumbra: Overture
No bad things - everything is perfect!

Dark descent > Justine > Overture > Plague > Pigs > Requiem

Dark descent > Justine > AMFP > Black plague > Requiem

Haven't finished Overture yet.

In order I love Frictional games, 1st place is the best place. And I do not count Amnesia: Justine and Penumbra: Requiem as games. For me personally they are just non-essential addons, experiments.

1. Penumbra: Overture
Best story, most immersive environments, great characters.

2. Amnesia: the Dark Descent
Too classic story for horror genre. Nevertheless story, levels and characters are nice.

3. Penumbra: Black Plague
For me personally quite a repetitive level design and gameplay, labyrinthine corridors with patrolling enemies.

4. Amnesia: a Machine for Pigs
A horror oriented story that is not frightening enough. A philosophical tragedy that is not dramatic enough.

3. Black Plague (Too short, disappointing ending)
4. Requiem (underwhelming, but with a better sense of closure and some more characterisation.)
5. AMFP (Too short to fully explore it's themes, story and characters. Simple puzzles, limited interaction and the quality drops after the plot twist and disappointing ending.)

1. Penumbra Black Plague (Nearly a non existent story, quite a sucky ending)
2. Requiem (Puzzles... just puzzles)
3. Overture (Not exactly scary but really intense sometimes)
4. Amnesia: The Dark Descent (Scariest game i've played but the story was just scattered like fuck and couldn't really piece the whole thing)
5. Amnesia: A Machine For Pigs (Amazing Story, Great Music and Voice acting, massive influence on my projects.)

3. Amnesia a machine for pigs ( Ohh Pigs and new assets ftw. But a bit short. And a BAD ending...)

5. Penumbra Requiem ( Never played it but well)
6. Penumbra Overture ( I dunno what to say in here)
