Hello, I bought and played Overture and BlackPlague on my old pc, a desktop with nvidia card running Ubuntu. Everything went fine.
But now I'd love to buy and play Requiem for my laptop...unfortunately it doesn't seem to be working, here's what I did:

I install the demo on my Thinkpad X60s with ubuntu and run it, the game starts and let me choose config. I put everything to minimum/off and select new game.
If I choose the tutorial it starts and let me pass it, if I complete it or if I skip it the screen says loading then it goes off and nothing happens, black screen forever unless I kill the application.

My card is: Mobile 950GM Express Integrated Graphics Controller

thanks
Demo of Requiem? Where did you find that?

I cannot find it from the homepage? :o

Demo of black plague of course, the games are just the same, requiem is only an expansion.

Now that I think of it I haven't tried overture demo, I'll let you all know about it.
Ah, sorry. I understood that you installed demo of Requiem, 'cause you said that you bought Overture and Black Plague.

that is BAD news...
It should work in my opinion, penumbra has a light engine that can be further set to minimum requirements, intel card have that kind of power I think.
It doesn't work on an intel X1300 powered pc either...I've tried it yesterday and it presents the same identical problem. I'm starting to think that it's the driver.

Yep, i'm sure there's something wrong with the driver... Sad
