Is prolox1 your Youtube name? Just because he has yours avatar. Or is that common avatar, i dunno.
It's a matter of opinion. I liked it, definitely best Ps3 game for me to be honest.
Nothin revolutional in gameplay, but in story. There's only handful of games with similiar touching moments.
It's one of those cliffhanger endings for sequel. Sudden, but overall the climax was brilliant, in many opinions. Radical plot twist, that changed the whole direction around. And it also showed the true colors of Joel. That was the last sign to show he's far from hero; only a strong man, who lives for his own will. In the end, the ending didn't raise more questions, it just came so suddenly. This wasn't a story about zombie acopalypse, this was a story inside zombie apocalypse.
it was a solid 6/10 the only things that stood out were the visuals characterization and the fact that naughty dog were actually able to make a 3D model as attractive as joel was
thats it
this is an objective fact
This is a very good example how opinions differ. Someone loves, someones hates and someone does both.
If I had to pick something to love but I am aware its flawed, I would pick this. If I had to pick something which I do both, Attack On Titan, but if I had to pick something I hate but vast amount of people loves, it must be Slender Man.
John Green promised that World History Season 2 will be back at July 10th.
Well it's July 11th but nothing.
From a personal perspective, I believe, like most others what makes TLoU so memorable is its storyline.
Not just because of the way it is communicated, providing the player with near-to-full immersion and in-depth character explanation and exploration, but also because that seemed to be something that video games are lacking recently.
"Oh, there's a hostile. Shoot him. Wow, you saved the world!", "Build this tool to progress". TLoU only really gave you one objective - survive in challenging gameplay following a linear storyline. They did it very well and did not heavily emphasize on its multiplayer, let alone, I quite dislike it.
That's what really separated it from the competition. Following a theme which while has been redone countless times, Naughty Dog managed to aim their game directly at their market, succeed and thus create a memorable, recognisable game to be honoured. While it may not surpass polls and opinions provided by GTA V fans and the fact that it is PS3 exclusive, it both had and has done exceptionally well for the game it is.
At least - that's just my opinion.
