During my highschool career, there were no fewer than 5 bomb threats made to my school. We had to evacuate every time.
They weren't real bombs, just some freshmen looking for free days.
There were reports of a pipe bomb located outside my middle school's track.
It was just filled with small fireworks though. xD
Wow.
The worst thing I've had at my school was a fire drill in -10 C weather.

Someone pulled the fire alarm in my Jr. High when it was -40 C outside. No time to grab jackets or anything.
Had to stand out there for like, twenty minutes. Wasn't very fun.
Which part of Canada is that?
I'm in Ontario and lowest it gets is -20 in recent years.
Alberta. Rather hot summers and really cold winters. My city was actually the second coldest place in the world a few years ago.

Damn... And my class mates complain about the constant fire drills...
Down in Texas, our problem is ridiculously hot summers. It often gets 100+ F.
