In a hurried list and in no particular order (based on my opinions):

Top Gun's soundtrack by itself - although I would agree the movie is great
A Few Good Men
Shawshank Redemption
Dead Poets Soceity
Field of Dreams
The Lion King
The Blind Side
And basically anything else with Morgan Freeman in it.

And for the chick flicks...
The Proposal (easy top film there)
Dirty Dancing
Love Actually

The Devil's Violinist is nice in musical terms.
