I still have my original download of Amnesia: TDD, but I'm getting a corrupt file error when I try to install it. So I'm trying to download it again.

I have my order number and serial number, but when I try to download the game from https://shelf.frictionalgames.com/index.php where I originally purchased it, it gives me a page error stating "This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below."

Is there any assistance I can get for this problem please, or do I have to download it from another place?

Yes, you are right. The domain was recently updated and I suspect that something is broken. I'll let the admin know asap.

The issue is now solved. You can redownload Amnesia from the Shelf.
