I've encountered the same problem. The reason is that there's nothing that can replace the door when its broken. (replace the normal door to broken one). If you look at the other doors in Amnesia, you can see that there's a broken one of every type. (castle_broken, cellar_wood01_broken, mansion_broken).

You need a broken model version, as Neelke said. The doors is Amnesia have 2 damage stages, and 1 broken stage. You can input those in the User Defined Variables in the door entity, granted you have any at all to use.

Thanks for the replies, I made a breakable penumbra door.It's not the best because it has no damage1 and damage2 model and the break model is just nothing.If you want to I can upload somewhere and send the link
